Delivery Options

Please note we cannot ship gift cards to addresses outside of Canada. Shipping times may vary based on postal service disruptions and holidays. Please allow additional time for delivery prior to the Christmas holidays. Shipments will be sent to the credit card holder’s billing address unless otherwise specified. Please phone us at 1-800-465-9077 (press 2 for Reservations) with any questions or concerns or to customize the amount of your Gift Certificate.

Terms & Conditions

Gift certificates are non-refundable once purchased. Gift certificates are redeemable for products and/or services at Living Water Resorts. Gift certificates may not be used at any other property. A gift certificate may not be used to purchase another gift certificate or towards previous purchases. The gift certificate is not redeemable for cash. Living Water Resorts is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates. Gift certificates become value at the time of purchase. Value is applied in Canadian funds and may not be applicable to certain published rates or promotions.
