Named after the area’s “First Light-keeper” — Captain George F. Collins — this dining and meeting room is set against the breathtaking view of Georgian Bay at Lakeside Seafood & Grill.
Whether for a small meeting, planning session or business celebration, the George Collins room is a beautifully crafted space with seating can host 18-20 people at one table and 24 people at 3 tables of 8 or two tables of 12. Before or after your meeting, enjoy the convenience of the venues’ upper level of the waterfront patio for a casual cocktail hour, also ideal for a cocktail and reception events.
