Collingwood Live & Original Music Initiative

The Collingwood Live & Original Initiative aims to create opportunities for creatives to connect, collaborate, and cultivate their craft. Empowering artists and fostering a community culture that celebrates live, one-of-a-kind art like nowhere else.

Spend an evening on the shores of Georgian Bay enjoying live music, performed by a diverse selection of established and emerging artists from across the province


Concert series begins on JULY 13 AND GOES THROUGH AUGUST 9.  (start times vary)



Bard on the Bay: Much Ado About Nothing

Theatre Georgian Bay presents: Bard on the Bay 2024: Much Ado About Nothing – Shakespeare’s most popular comedy presented outdoors at the Collingwood Shipyards Amphitheatre in a 90 minute, family-friendly format.

Gayety Theatre Shows

A 300-seat (325 person) capacity on Collingwood’s main street. The Theatre’s Art Deco appearance cleverly hides the modern amenities that make it a wonderful venue for the performing arts. The auditorium boasts a state of the art sound system supported by theatrical lighting, a sprung stage with ample wings on both sides, air-conditioning, comfortable, raked seating and a fully licensed bar.
