We are thrilled to share our conservation efforts with you, in hopes of inspiring more sustainable travel accommodations for all! At Living Water Resorts, we recognize the importance of doing our part to decrease the carbon footprint of large corporations and individuals, and strive for sustainability. We have made great strides and continue to improve and look for new, innovative ways to support the conservation of our natural environment!

The Key to Change!
In a world wrapped in plastic we see value in making small efforts that make a big impact! To combat the seemingly never ending cycle of single use plastic we have incorporated wooden keycards into our resort. Not only are our wooden keycards manufactured in a less impactful way but also reduce our carbon footprint significantly, being reusable these eco-conscious cards are carrying our practice of environmental sustainability to each room.

To shine some light on the topic… we do our best to incorporate sustainable and eco-conscious methods into everything we do. When staying at Living Water Resorts keep you room keys where you will always find them… you won’t be able to see without them!
Above & Beyond
Proudly extending our conservation efforts to go above and beyond... or at-least above the roof!
After the instillation in mid December of 2023, of 266 solar panels on the rooftop of Living Water Resort & Spa as well as 229 situated at Living Stone Golf Resort, the total amount of CO2 Emissions saved is equivalent to 141.17 trees planted!
Our 495 solar panels, produce an estimated 247,000 kWh of green electric power annually – the equivalent of powering 75-145 rooms and condo suites daily for a year.
That's serious energy savings!

Wanting a sweeter ingredient to add to your morning cup? Lakeside Seafood & Grill proudly carries Buzzing Bush Apiary Honey! Situated on a Daylily farm in Beaver Valley, 110 healthy colonies produce Multi-Floral Honey!
These locally grown and sourced products lessen carbon emissions produced during industrial shipping and manufacturing processes. Now that is... sweet!
Garden Fresh
Farm to table...? OF COURSE!
To promote fresh and in season dishes Lakeside Seafood & Grill has extended their composting program and implemented the practice of planting and picking as many fresh vegetables as they can in our on-site Greenhouse! To improve our in house carbon footprints we converted our old tennis courts into a thriving Greenhouse, built to give back to our community!
From asparagus to edible flowers our garden can help us grow it all!
This volunteer led initiative is ran and maintained by team members of Living Water Resorts Housekeeping Department, and when veggies are ready to be served... restaurant staff pick what is needed and what is ready daily!
Re-Plant, Re-Grow, Re-Serve!
​All organic waste from our restaurants are delivered to our on-site dedicated composting station within our greenhouse.
Through the dedicated care of our golf course maintenance team, this compost is turned over and weeded.
After time this nutrient rich organic matter is implemented into the greenhouse soil, where delicious and fresh produce is grown and harvested, before going right back into the kitchens to provide you and our guests with fresh, greenhouse to table ingredients!
