Lodging - Rate must be for the exact same property, unit property manager, quality level, number of guests and same currency.

Must contact our call centre within 48 hours of booking your reservation to make a claim under the Living Water Resorts Price Match Promise. The lower rate must be available for booking at the time you contact us, as determined by our customer service representatives.

Pricing must be in Canadian Dollars.

Payment and refund policies must be identical.

Arrival and departure dates must be the same.

Rate must be available to the general public, no corporate discounts or rates, group rates, AAA or CAA rates, “Flash Sale” websites including but not limited to Groupon, charter rates, rewards program rates, incentives, meeting rates, convention rates travel industry rate, by using a coupon, or any other rates or promotions not offered to the general public.

Best Price Guarantee does not include rates on websites where the property name remains opaque or unknown until after purchase, or where prices are determined by any sort of auction or bidding.
