When Mina talks about her early days at Living Water, she still laughs at how shy she was — quiet, cautious, almost invisible in the background. She certainly didn’t see herself as someone who would lead, speak up, or guide others. But the culture around her saw something she hadn’t yet discovered in herself.

Reflecting on her 10+ year journey, she shared with her usual humility:
